I am a creative director, design educator, and brand strategist with 15 years of growing do-gooder and feel-gooder brands in the CPG, food & bev, retail, and health & wellness industries.
I’ve grown direct-to-consumer brands in all stages of their businesses - from small fry to IPO - while growing a thriving and award-winning creative agency (that’s this one) of my own.
I've created brand experiences for thousands of guests, worked with celebrity clients, positioned brands for going public, overseen award-winning campaigns, created strategies to see bottom lines soar, and razzle-dazzled the pants off of consumers through creating compelling brand identities while leading, fostering, and mentoring creative types and right-brain personalities.

01 / I’m a jill of many trades.
I’m a classically trained creative, with degrees in writing from the University of Calgary and Graphic Design from Parsons New York. I’ve written and designed everything from pitch decks to logos to custom waffle cones.
While my true love is overseeing high-level creative, my background lets me roll up my sleeves when needed to get the job done. No shade, but a lot of consultants don’t have real-life experience in what they offer support in… and I personally think that’s kinda important.
02 / I’m a small business owner, too.
As an entrepreneur myself, I know where to outsource, when to simplify, and how to bring in the right people to get it done properly. I’ve hired, I’ve fired. I’ve started my own companies and closed (or sold) them - thrice. My bench of phenomenal creatives is deep. And, this is horribly cliché but I’m gonna say it anyway: after years of working for clients, I am ready to work with clients. In the name of small business, corners can be cut, and I want to hand you the scissors.
03 / Robots are taking our jobs and I’m ok with it.
For decades, I’ve designed brands before robots starting taking over, and wrote copy before it could be generated in milliseconds. This has given me the distinct advantage of deeply knowing the DNA of what makes a brand look and sound like a full technicolour human. I’m also particularly inspired by the AI revolution and because of this, I can help you simplify processes without sounding like a copy/paste from ChatGPT.
04 / I follow trends like it is a competitive sport.
I am obsessed with trend forecasting, research, and consumer behaviour and have made it my life’s work to weave this knowledge into relevant brand stories through visual design + the written word to create unforgettable brand experiences that stand the test of time.
05 / I’ve done this, lots.
At last count, I have designed, written for, and overseen the launch and scaling of 149 brands. I’ve led some of these brands from name-on-a-napkin to IPO all-the-while building (and genuinely loving) leading 10+ person creative teams. I’ve evolved brands and steered their ships through the ever-changing landscape of staying cool and relevant. This isn’t my maiden voyage.
